Priorities Meeting

Minutes, February 9, 2009

Town Hall, Lower Level Hearing Room – 7:35 P.M.

                               Committee; William Heitin, Selectman; Ira Miller, Chair, Finance

                               Committee; Rich Powell, Selectman (Hamilton)

                Absent:   Charles Goodman, Finance Committee

1. The only item on the agenda was to re-vote the allocation number based on some corrections to FY’10 allocations and forecast estimates based on some changes from the last Priorities meeting.

2. Bill Fowler stated that an error of $262,000 was found that had not been reflected in the Fire Department base.  This was adjusted and that changed sector allocations.

3. There was some discussion held on these new numbers.

4. A MOTION was made by Bill Heitin and SECONDED by Mitch Blaustein that we suggest the 3.06% as target allocation increase for the sectors.

5. VOTED:  5-0-0.

6. It was MOVED and SECONDED to adjourn.

7. VOTED:  5-0-0.

8. The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
